American Commission on the Future of Higher Education issued the report “A Test of Leadership: Charting the Future of U.S. Higher Education” in September 2006. This paper introduces its background and main contents, then teases some critiques and brings forward some thoughts on the report, looking forward to giving some inspirations for our higher education reform.
