中文摘要 新近出台的《英格兰中小学教师专业标准》框架在教师专业特质、专业知识与理解、教学技能三大领域提出了明确而详细的要求。它涵盖中小学教师的每一专业发展阶段,具有渐进性的特征。同时,它也具有包容性的特征,体现了专业技能熟练模式、反思性实践模式的教师专业发展模式的要求。《标准》集中体现了教师专业素养的内核,对于我国教师专业标准的制订和深化我国教师教育改革具有重要的启示意义。
英文摘要 The framework of professional standards for teachers newly set out in England covers three sections, i.e. professional attributes, professional knowledge as well as understanding and professional skills. It defines the characteristics of teachers at each career stage. It also symbolizes the comprehensive requirements of the two professional development approaches, i.e. the professional skill─proficiency approach and the reflective practice approach. Therefore the framework exemplified the features of progressiveness and inclusiveness. The standards identify the essence of teacher professional compositions, thereby having invaluable implications to the making of Chinese teacher professional standards as well as the furthering of Chinese teacher education reform.
