本文主要对技术的人文属性作了考察和揭示，认为无论从技术的定义上来分析，还是对技术中立性批判的视角来考察，还是现代职业技术教育中对技术人文性自觉或不自觉的看重，都体现了技术人文性的重要；技术包含着人文性，技术中也包含了科学性，两者既有一定的联系，也有一定的区分，需要针对具体问题，具体分析。

The paper reviews he humanity in technology and considers that humanity is very important in vocational education, by analyzing the concept of technology and criticizing allegation about technology neutrality, or regarding the humanistic competence as a key role in vocational education consciously or unconsciously；In fact, technology itself has humanistic and scientific characters. They are related, and at the same time they are distinguished. It is meaningless to separate the analysis from concrete things.
