本研究采用O＊NET工作分析问卷，调查高校教师职位所需要的工作技能、工作风格及工作价值观。对405位被试的分析结果表明：（1）中国高校教师重要的工作技能是基本（认知）技能、复杂问题解决技能和社会技能；重要的工作风格是实践智力（创新导向）、独立性、成就导向和责任心；重要的工作价值观是关系、独立性和工作条件。（2）认知技能、创新导向、独立性、成就导向和责任心与高校教师的工作绩效有密切联系，可能是高校教师重要的胜任特征。（3）高校教师的工作绩效与其对教师职位工作条件的满意程度有显著关联。

| 英文摘要 |
Three O＊NET questionnaires are used to explore the work skills, work styles and work values that are important to the position of Chinese college teachers. Data analyses of 405 participants indicate：（a）basic（cognitive）skills, complex problem solving skills and social skills are important skills for college teachers；practical intelligence（creativity orientation）, independence, achievement orientation and consciousness are important work styles for college teachers；relationships, independence and working conditions are important work values for college teachers. （b）cognitive skills, creativity orientation, independence, achievement orientation and consciousness are significantly associated with the work performance of college teachers and probably the important competence of college teachers.（c）the work performance of college teachers is significantly associated with their satisfaction with their working conditions.
