中文摘要 面对「学习化社会」所带来的各种挑战,各国纷纷采取了不同的应对策略。尽管美国从未标榜自己是「学习化社会」,但事实上却同样面临着「学习化社会」带来的挑战,企业「员工发展计划」就是美国自下而上的有效应对策略之一。本文选取福特和通用汽车公司为个案,介绍了「员工发展计划」的缘起、外部环境和实践措施,在此基础上分析了「员工发展计划」对于「学习化社会」的意义。
英文摘要 Facing various challenges caused by learning society, different countries have taken different measures to respond them. America has been dealing with these challenges for a long time although it has never stated it is a learning society. EDP is one of effective and distinctive strategies. This paper selects Ford and GM as cases to introduce the origin of EDP, its external support system and its practical measures. Based on these materials, the author analyses its significance for learning society. The author believes that EDP has its special implications for China.
