中文摘要 在教师教育中理论教育与实践的相互疏离,是影响教师教育质量最为重要的因素之一,许多教师教育研究者与实践者已对此提出了许多富有洞见的理论与实践方式。本文从教师教育方法论的视角,提出”实践反思性”教师教育,并阐述其理论基础,进而具体叙述实施”实践反思性”教师教育的四条实践原则,以此对改进教师教育理论教育与实践相互疏离的现状,提高教师教育实效作些探讨。
英文摘要 One of the most important factors for quality of teacher education is the gap between theory and practice in teacher education. Teacher education researchers and practitioners have offered a lot of theoretical and practical insights on it. This paper addresses the gap between theory and practice in teacher education, focuses on practical reflectivity for teacher education and proposes four practical principles derived so as to help improve the quality of teacher education.
