英文摘要 Adhering to School─based horizon and in pursuit of personal meaning is the reaction of the status quo of school─based research must adhere to school─based horizon, which means the teacher opens the classroom door to his peer and keeps experts at an arm’s length. In pursuit of personal meaning is the key of effective school─based research, which means the teacher does research on the contemporary personal, small, concrete practical problems, and develops rational personal practical knowledge through knowledge management.
