| 英文摘要 |
Brazil’s FUNDEF (the National Fund for Compulsory Education Development and for Enhancing the Value of the Teaching Profession) Plays an important role in the equity promotion of Compulsory Education in Brazil. This paper elaborates the contents of FUNDEF policy, describing the best practice and experience in fair distribution of funding and efficient management. It aims at providing enlightenment to China’s practice.
