职前教师的专业发展一直是师范教育领域内备受关注的重点问题，尤其是在师范教育面临更大挑战的当下。重新思考师范教育的使命，关注学科教育专业课程与教学论的课程建设，创造性地探寻多元化的教师专业展途径与工具，是本文要讨论的主要问题。以影视作品分析作为职前教师专业发展的有益尝试应该是一个充满创新意义的教学探索。

Professional development of pre─profession teacher is the key issue in teacher education. Rethinking the mission of teacher education. Focusing the curriculum framework in subject─education, exploring the multiple approaches of teacher professional development, are main tasks of this article. Movie─analysis is one of the creative approaches in professional development of pre─profession teacher.
