| 英文摘要 |
In this paper, the authors have discussed four aspects about professional development of general physics teachers in colleges and universities in the new ear. The four aspects include：（1）to construct advanced educational views；（2）to change teachers’ traditional roles and improve their teaching quality and capability；（3）to attach importance to research and social practice simultaneously and to prepare teachers’ innovative ability；（4）to construct renewal mechanism of professional knowledge.
