| 英文摘要 |
This article opens with a discussion of the definition of educated workers migration and the historical background of this issue. On this basis, the article (1) elucidates the causes of this migration, (2) analyses the economic cost and benefits of both export and recipient countries incurred in educated workers migration and (3) provided policy recommendations. It is argued that with the development of China’s economy, China will benefit from international migration of educated workers sooner or later.
