学校作为重要的社会化机构，对于学生的政治取向有着重要的影响。学生在学校所获得的一些经历能够影响以后的政治行为。笔者对美国学者有关学校影响学生政治取向的研究成果进行了梳理。学校对学生政治取向的影响分为教室内和教室外两大方面。教育内进行的政治社会化又可以分为课程的讲授、仪式活动和教师的榜样；教室外的形式则包括学生的社会构成、课外活动和学生团体、校园的文化氛围。

| 英文摘要 |
School is one of the important institutions of political socialization in affecting students’ political orientations. Students’ school experiences can exert important influence on their later political behavior. This article reviews the studies of students’ school experiences and political socialization by American scholars. It discusses the influence of the school in political socialization in two aspects: the influence of inside the classroom, including the formal curriculum, the ritual life, and the teacher; the influence of outside classroom, including the social composition of the school, extracurricular activities and student organization as well as the social climate of the school.
