Since the 1970s, the studies on teachers’ clinical teaching thoughts have described the teachers’ teaching plan and interaction decision─making process in the classroom in the view of teacher as teaching policy─makers. Based on the related literatures this paper provides review on these studies with a view to lead to further study on this issue.
