探索、完善学院管理体制对新时期学院发展十分关键也十分必要，在完善学院管理体制内容上，本文首先分析应从管理思想、组织保障、教学资源管理、信息管理、设计管理五个方进行完善内容分析；其次，依据我国学院管理的实际情况，经过总结分析，得出学院管理体制系；最后，对学院教学管理内容进行研究，提出应建立学院教学管理文化。

At present exploring and improving college management is essential to the development of universities. The paper first analysis the management content from the aspects of mental management, organization, teaching resources, information management and design management；second it reaches the content of college management on basis of the actual condition of our universities family it analysis the teaching management and promote the teaching management culture.
