本文為一具實驗性質之習慣領域量化學習效果探查研究。在既有習慣領域光明心態量表與及其量化探查研究基礎下，建立一套標準化習慣領域量化學習效果分析模式，利用相關課程光明心態量表學習前測與學習後測之獨立樣本資料，進行光明心態及其七個信念學習效果的假設檢定與其內涵之探查研究。研究結果顯示，光明心態及其中五個信念具顯著學習效果。

| 英文摘要 |
This study aimed to formulate and demonstrate quantitative learning effect of seven self-perpetuating operators (7SPOs) of habitual domains. Two independent samples, using questionnaires of 7SPOs, were obtained from college students, before and after they took a class of habitual domains in general education. We show that there are significant learning effects for five self-perpetuating operators among 7SPOs and total operators.
