中文摘要 本研究主要目的在探討聯合評估中心成效運作指標之權重。本研究共發出800份問卷,回收609份(76%)問卷,有效問卷518(65%)份,主要使用AHP(analysishierarchical process)的研究方法設計調查問卷,問卷設計成二個階層,包含第一階層的主要指標與第二階層的次要指標。研究結果顯示主要指標中以評估內容的權重最高,評估內容的次要指標中以跨專業團隊評量的權重最高,服務模式的次要指標中以後續療育建議的權重最高,專業成長的次要指標中以在職訓練及繼續教育的權重為最高,其他服務的次要指標中以家長服務的權重為最高。研究結果可作為聯合評估中心提供服務與評鑑之參考。
英文摘要 The primary purpose of this study is to explore weights of qualityindices for Early Intervention Child Development Joint Evaluation Center(EICDJAC). A total of eight hundred (800) copies of questionnaires were mailed, of which 609 copies were responded to (76%) of these, 518 (65%) copies were valid responses. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used in the question design and data analysis. The questionnaires
include two hierarchical indices, the primary indices of the first hierarchy and the subindices of the second hierarchy. Results of the study show that the highest weight falls on the Assessment content in the primary indices, the assessment of transdisciplinary team in the Assessment content sub-indices; the subsequent intervention
recommendations, in the Service Mode sub-indices; on the sub-indices job training and continuing education,in the Professional Growth sub-indices; and parental service, in the Other Services subindices.The results of this study could provide a reference of service and evaluation for
EICDJAC.
