中文摘要 本研究旨在探討臺灣北部地區國民小學校長知識領導、學習社群與學校創新經營效能之現況、關係及其影響。本研究以問卷調查為主。研究者自編「國民小學校長知識領導、學習社群與學校創新經營效能」調查問卷。調查對象為臺北市、臺北縣、桃園縣及宜蘭縣的公立國民小學教育人員,經多階段抽樣結果,計364所公立國民小學,3,600位教育人員參與。回收有效問卷共243所學校,2,200份問卷,回收率為66.7%。以「學校」為分析單位,採平均數、標準差、雙因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析與Amos結構方程模式等來進行資料的分析與驗證。根據研究結果,獲致八項主要結論,提出具體建議,俾供主管教育行政機關、校長培育中心、國民小學校長及未來研究者參考。
英文摘要 The main purpose of this study is to explore the situation, relation and impact of elementary school principals' knowledge leadership and learning community toward effectiveness of school innovation management in Northern Taiwan. This study adopts a questionnaire survey. The researchers design the questionnaires of elementary school principals' knowledge leadership, learning community and effectiveness of school innovation management. The population includes public elementary schools of Taipei City, Taipei County, Taoyuan County, and Yilan County. According to a multi-stage sampling, participants are 3,600 educational personnel of 364 public elementary schools. The effective sums of returning schools and questionnaires are 243 schools and 2,200 questionnaires, the ratio of returning questionnaires is 66.7%. The researchers take school as analysis unit and use mean, standard deviation, two-way ANOVA , Pearson's product-moment correlation, multiple stepwise regression analysis and AMOS structural equation model to process statistical data and confirm. Based on the above results, the researchers make eight conclusions, according to the above conclusions, the researchers are to provide some suggestions for educational administrative institutions, principal preparation centers, principals in the elementary schools and researchers in the future.
