中文摘要 精進教學計畫是教育部基於課程推動與教學輔導之目標,協助地方政府提升教師教學能力之重要平台,為有效達成計畫目標,本計畫透過諮詢輔導小組至地方輔導、編印輔導工作手冊、規劃成員增能及成立學習社群網站等策略以求落實。本研究乃針對上述實施策略加以分析,以檢視其成效,做為改進參考,據此,本研究主要目的在於了解中央輔導地方推動精進教學計畫使用之策略,進而分析輔導策略的初步成效,再綜合輔導策略的初步成效,提出進一步輔導策略之規劃。本研究所獲致結論為:一、組織輔導諮詢小組到地方輔導有助於精進計畫的推動與落實;二、發展精進教學輔導工作手冊轉化政策,運用時需因地制宜,並提供規劃參考,方能發揮功能;三、增能工作坊可協助傳達政策理念,引導整體規劃,惟規劃課程時,應注意對象之差異;四、社群網路可發揮分享資訊功效,宜再強化宣傳和介面之友善。
英文摘要 The teaching enhancement plan is based on promoting the curriculum and teaching development goals. Ministry of Education plays the platform to assist local governments to enhance teachers' teaching ability; the project through the counseling team to local place, printing counseling manual, plan members energizing and the establishment of a learning community website strategy in order to implement. This study is the analysis of the implementation strategy, to view its effectiveness as an improved reference, whereby the main purpose of this study is to understand the central counseling team to promote the initial success of the plan to use the teaching strategies, analyze the initial results of the counseling strategies, and then integrated counseling strategies further counseling strategy planning. Stemming conclusions: (a) to organize a panel of advisers to local counseling help to promote and implement Teaching enhancement plans; (b) the development of Teaching enhancement counseling manual converse policy, the use to be adapted to local conditions, to provide planning reference before it can function; (c) energizing workshops assist to convey the concept of policies to guide the overall planning, but planning curriculum should pay attention to the object differences; (d)community network plays sharing information efficacy should strengthen the publicity and the platform using friendly.
