中文摘要 鑑於國內研究鮮少探討領導發展與學生學習成就兩者間的關係,研究者以教學領導為領導發展之發展主軸,探討接受「教學領導工作坊」培訓之校長(即發展學校校長),其教學領導作為與學生學習成就及學生學習測驗成績之關係。為能進一步確認領導發展的成效(即工作坊成效),本研究以成對比較的方式篩選「夥伴學校」(即未接受工作坊培訓)校長參與本研究,以探討兩類型學校在教學領導、學生學習成就及學生學習測驗成績之差異情形,並進一步探究三者之關係。 研究結果顯示,除在學生學習成就的「認知」層面外,兩種類型學校在校長教學領導、學生學習成就及學習測驗成績均呈現顯著差異,其中發展學校均顯著高於夥伴學校。在典型相關部分,發展學校校長教學領導與學生學習成就呈現一對顯著的正向相關。在預測力部分,發展學校校長的「確保課程品質」與夥伴學校校長的「發展與溝通學校願景」分別顯著預測學生的整體學習成就,雖然兩類型的學校校長的教學領導均對於學生學習成就的認 知、情意及技能有不同程度的顯著預測力,但就預測的顯著度而言,發展學校(極顯著)均高於夥伴學校(顯著到非常顯著)。最後,在學生學習測驗部分,不論是典型相關或預測力分析,均未達顯著。
英文摘要 Facing the problem that there are only few researches focusing on analyzing the relationship between principal's changed instructional leadership and student academic achievement, the study used principals participated instructional leadership workshop as developed principals, and compared them with their counterparts (principals who did not participate workshop) regarding the differences derived from their perceived instructional leadership, student academic achievement perceived by teachers and student test score of selected subjects. In addition to difference comparisons, this study also explored the relationship between principal instructional leadership and student academic achievement. The major findings are as follows: 1. Differences were found between developed schools and partner schools regarding principal instructional leadership, student academic achievement and test scores. 2. One positive canonical correlation was found between principal instructional leadership and student academic achievement. 3. In terms of regression analysis, both curriculum quality assurance of developed schools and the development and communication of school visions of partner schools had significant predictive power on students' overall academic achievement and their separate dimensions as well. 4. No significant canonical correlation was found between principal instructional leadership and student test score. 5. The Principal instructional leadership has no significant prediction effect on student test score.
