Paflesh Middle School is an experiment base of Sukhomlinski's educational theories. It was studied and used to reference by educational field in different countries from then on. Especially, School Culture constructed and inherited in Paflesh Middle School is appreciated by most of scholars and principles who visited it. Exploring its essence from organizational culture is not only beneficial to understand its vigorous lives deeply but also beneficial to inspire our own school culture construction under the basic educational reform view these days.
