The Northern Territory (NT) Government of Australia through the implementation of [School-to-work] transition strategic play, to deal with the lack of vocational skills, qualified labor shortages as well as issues such as the unemployed population increasing, at the same time vocational education will be smoothly penetrated into the stage of basic education. By analyzing the reasons, content, principles and success factors for the implementation of the scheme, we can get the development experience of vocational education for reference.
