中文摘要 採用社群的觀點來探討學校領導與經營效能,是在當代領導理論發展的多元途徑當中,尋求出整合性關注的發展,產生能夠檢視、驅動持續經營的一項機制。本研究提出學校領導社群思維以提升學校效能,並以實證研究驗證在台灣地區國民小學推動學校領導社群、校長轉型領導、教師自我管理與學校效能的關係結構模式,具有良好的適配程度。且依據研究結果提出強化教師參與專業社群意識、推動多層次自我管理的整合領導、建立行政與教學互為領導者的協助支持系統,以及學校校長可採用學校領導社群關係結構模式檢證學校效能等建議。
英文摘要 This study examines school leadership and management effectiveness through the focal point of “communities,” which are seen as providing the multi-channel approaches developed in contemporary leadership theory that seek the development of an integrated attentiveness, producing a system of management that can maintain both drive and continuous reflection. This study proposes that communities of school leadership promote school effectiveness. Based on empirical studies of the Structural Equation Model, this study finds it to be appropriate for communities of school leadership, transformative principal leadership, teacher self-management and school effectiveness. Based on these findings, this study poses four methods that may be used for school leaders to apply these ideas of communities of school leadership in their management of schools.
