管理科学专业的实践教学环节还处于不断探索、不断完善的阶段。实践教学是专业建设中的重要环节，目前我校管理科学专业实践教学还存在一些突出问题，这些问题的存在严重地影响了学生的专业兴趣、就业信心。针对这些问题，要解放思想、创新管理，在教学的实践中探索一种使学生增强专业技能、拓宽专业视野、走专业职业化道路的实习模式。

Practice teaching of management and science professional needs to be improved. Practice teaching is an important part of the professional construction. At present, the practice teaching of management and science professional in our school has still some disadvantage, which seriously affects the professional interest and employment confidence of students. To solve these problems, we must emancipate our minds and innovate the management models. In teaching practice, we must explore a new practice mode, which helps students enhance the professional skills, and broaden the professional horizons, and set up students' professional design.
