英文摘要 New basic education curriculum reform of school curriculum leadership proposed the new concept; headmaster must have high performance of the curriculum leadership, which can improve the quality of the curriculum concept transformation. Practice shows that preview and report system is very important to cultivate students the development in the future, it is also a good platform for the self-development of teachers.
