跨年段交往是基础教育阶段学生交往活动的一种独特方式,具有互为主体性、客体中介性、主体问性、合规范性、内含教育性等特点。与师生交往相比,不同年级的学生之间在发展方面有更多的共鸣,更易建立起友好的关系;与同年级学生交往相比,跨年段交往对双方更有发展价值。学生跨年段交往存在活动、组织、制度等不同层次的形态,包含指导、合作、帮助等不同交往关系。学生跨年段交往能帮助高低年级学生促进人格发展,提升认知水平,锻炼社会能力,发展综合性素养。

英文摘要 |
This paper interprets the connotation of students' cross - age communication. It has several features i. e. inter – subjectivity , object intermediary , normative and containing educational characteristics. Compared with communication between teachers and students , it' s easier for students of different grades to establish friendly relations and they have more resonance in terms of development; compared with communication between the same grade students , cross - age communication is more beneficial to both sides. There are different levels such as activity , organization , system and different relationships such as guidance , cooperation and help of students' cross-age communication. Cross - age communication helps to promote students' character development , raise their cognitive levels , strengthen their social abilities and cultivate their comprehensive qualities.
