Primary education is the utmost important educational mission. The primary education enables students to love learning so as to establish a correct concept of the study; for students to acquire knowledge in order to master the method of access to knowledge; but the most important thing is to lay whole life foundation of basic ethical standards for students. To reach this purpose, we should penetrate and protect enlightenment and wisdom education on the aspects of curriculum, teaching, moral education, teachers and school management.
