The goal for the ［New Schooling Education］ is to culture the new generation who can realize the initiative and the healthy development in contemporary society. To achieve such goal in English teaching, we need to through reforms to bring about the day-to-day of English language learning. There are several specific measures: environment infiltration to create English learning environment； experience activities to enhance the English learning ability； Operational innovation to promote the teachers and students grow together； evaluation of incentives to stimulate motivation to learn English.
