跨文化交际是一门崭新的边缘学科，它是针对跨文化交际过程中交际人员出现[文化休克]问题，从而研究缓解和解救方案的一门新兴学科。为了更好的激发学生[免疫系统]进行活跃的运作，课堂上可以在实训实践环节采用[以学生为主体，教师引导]的教学模式，在课堂上最大限度地为学生提供交际实践的机会，帮助学生从交际实践中积累充足的经验教训，为工作后参与跨文化交际活动做足准备。本文将就这一模式的应用进行初步的探讨。

Intercultural Communication is considered as a new interdisciplinary emerged in recent years dealing with Culture Shock, which constantly occurs among the intercultural communicators and causes pshycological problems during intercultural encounters. Aiming at activating students' [Immune System] towards Culture Shock, teacher can introduce Student-acting, Teacher-guiding model into the practice procedure for the course, providing students with plenty chances and experiences in intercultural communication, getting them well prepared for their future job. The following essay will give specific examples on this issue.
