通过课堂语言行为互动分析系统对深圳市GM中学10位化学教师的课堂教学情况进行量化统计，分析课堂上师生语言行为的交往，评价出符合新课程理念的有效课堂。这10位教师的教育背景、工作阅历等作为资源库会对我们合理解释教师的专业发展有所帮助。

| 英文摘要 |
Using Flanders’ System of Interaction Analysis, we can quantify the classroom instruction of ten Chemical teachers from GM middle school in ShenZhen, and then analyze the data about teacher and student’s speech interaction in the teaching by statistics to find out the effective class which is satisfied with the conception of the new course. The studied teachers’ education background and work experience is a repository to help us to explain the teacher’s professional development.
