英文摘要 Using Flanders’ System of Interaction Analysis, we can quantify the classroom instruction of ten Chemical teachers from GM middle school in ShenZhen, and then analyze the data about teacher and student’s speech interaction in the teaching by statistics to find out the effective class which is satisfied with the conception of the new course. The studied teachers’ education background and work experience is a repository to help us to explain the teacher’s professional development.
