中文摘要 近年來大學中的教與學受到各國高等教育重視,然而國內針對大學教學與學習的實證研究仍待累積,以提供大學的教師與學生實質的協助。本研究的目的包括了解大學生的學習風格之差異、探究大學生對教師教學風格之偏好,並分析學生學習風格與教師教學風格之間的交互作用。研究方法以問卷調查法為主,研究對象為一所國立大學689位學生,透過問卷調查蒐集資料並進行分析。本研究有三個主要發現:第一、不同學院、年級及性別學生的學習風格有顯著差異;第二、不同學院的學生對教師教學風格之偏好有顯著差異;第三、不同學習風格與教師教學風格偏好有顯著的交互作用。本文希望透過實證研究,提供大學教師對學生的學習風格及其對教師教學風格偏好有更深入且具體的了解,進而對大學的教與學提供實質的貢獻。
英文摘要 The purposes of this study are to investigate the differences of students' learning styles, to explore students' preferences for instructors' teaching styles, and to analyze the interaction between learning styles and teaching styles. Questionnaires regarding learning styles, teaching styles and preferences for instructor teaching styles were employed to investigate 689 students at a national university in Taiwan. Analyses revealed three results. Firstly, there are significant differences in learning styles dependent on major discipline, year and gender. Secondly, preferences for teaching styles from different colleges within the university show significant differences. Thirdly, there are also statistically significant interactions between learning styles and preferences for teaching styles. Conclusions and implications were drawn to gain insights for teaching / learning styles and to provide practical suggestions to teachers and students in higher education.
