中文摘要 校長專業發展的主要目的在協助校長職業生涯中,透過各種專業發展組織、課程、方式、管道,達成教育專業化的理想。近年來在社會快速的變動下,連帶的帶動教育生態的巨變,校長的角色與工作首當其衝的面臨許多衝擊,對專業發展之需求日益殷切。國內有關校長專業發展的研究已相當豐碩,然在實務面上卻因考量政策、時間、人力及資源等因素,致推展受到限制。針對此問題,本文首先探討校長專業發展的現況,並將校長專業發展的理論與策略做整合性的分析,以此為基礎,將校長專業發展策略分成短程、中程、長程三種。文末,作者將學習歷程觀點融入校長專業發展策略,以提出具體的自我發展方式,供作未來校長研習增能之參照。
英文摘要 In recent years, the principal's role and work were challenged by many impacts. The principals need to enhance their knowledge and ability by appropriately utilize professional development strategy. Based on this understanding, this article discusses the principal professional development status quo, and makes the discussion concerning principal professional development theory and strategy that principals can use to coordinate their professional knowledge and ability. The principal professional development strategy is divided into short, medium and long-range strategy. Finally, the viewpoints of Learning Process join to principal's professional development strategy, and this article proposed the self-development way for the reference of enhancing principal's ability.
