中文摘要 本研究旨在探討志工的組織信任、心理契約、服務學習與自我效能關係之研究,研究目的包括:瞭解志工的組織信任、心理契約、服務學習與自我效能之現況、差異情形,以及相互之間與整體之間的關係;瞭解志工的組織信任、心理契約、服務學習與自我效能之預測力;建構志工自我效能模式,並驗證模式之可行性。 為達研究目的,本研究採取問卷調查法,以「志工自我效能調查問卷」為研究工具,採配額抽樣方式,抽取800位志工進行問卷施測。採取描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、逐步多元迴歸、AMOS結構方程模式等統計方法,進行資料分析與考驗研究假設。
最後依研究調查結果,分別對志工運用相關單位、志工本身提出實務應用建議,俾作志工個人之提升與改進,個人與機構的合作努力及互動關係的增強,期能實踐志工真正的自我效能。
英文摘要 The study aims to explore the current general status of organizational trust, psychological contract, service-learning and self-efficacy of volunteers as well as to examine the correlation among the four variables. The purposes of this study are: to understand the current situations of organizational trust, psychological contract, service-learning, self-efficacy among volunteers; to discuss the significant differences; to examine the association; to analyze the predictability of volunteers’ self-efficacy as the criterion variable from their organizational trust, psychological contract, service-learning as the predictable variables; and to construct a tentative causal model among organizational trust, psychological contract, service-learning and self-efficacy for volunteers.
The study adopted the quantitative approach by using questionnaire survey as the data collection method. The “Volunteers’ Self-efficacy Questionnaire” was utilized as a major measurement tool. There were 800 usable subjects selected by a quota sampling with 100% response rate. The hypotheses were tested via descriptive statistics, student’s t-test, one-way ANOVA, Persons’ moment-product correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression, and SEM (structure equation model) analysis.
In addition, this study intends to propose some suggestions respectively on the aspects of practical application and future research.
