中文摘要 在建國百年時刻,政府極為重視教育發展,除了馬總統提出之「百年樹人」期許外,教育部亦公布《中華民國教育報告書-黃金十年 百年樹人》,未來臺灣教育發展,將會邁入一個新的境界。本文旨在探究臺灣未來10年教育政策之發展,由於教育具有延續性,首先就近10年來(2001~2010年)教育政策之內涵進行分析,復次剖析未來研訂教育政策可能遭遇的困境,計有社會變遷加速不利於教育政策研訂等四大項,接著詮釋未來黃金十年之教育政策,計有推動「十二年國民基本教育」政策等12項,最後做成結論。
英文摘要 The ROC government highly emphasizess on educational development at this time of the 100th anniversary of founding country. President Ma outlined visions for the ROC in education at the 2011 New Year,s ddress,meanwhile, the Ministry of Education also announced the Education Report in the Republic of China –10 years as a golden decade. It is believed that the development of education in Taiwan will be led into a bright future. The purpose of this paper explored the educational policy in Taiwan,s development of the next decade. Firstly, it analyzed the main context of education policy from 2001 to 2010. Sencondly revealed the possible difficulties coming up with policy making in terms of four categories. Thirdly, it demonstrated 12 main future policies in Taiwan for next golden decade, including the 12 years basic educational system. Lastly, according to the above discourse, it made conclusions.
