中文摘要 教師專業學習社群為提升學生學習成就與教師專業成長的新途徑。本文先從教師專業學習社群相關文獻進行探討,再以辦理教師專業學習社群學校的兩個社群為例,將實際參與觀察、文件分析所整理的初步結果,以了解教師專業學習社群實際運作於教育現場的情形。最後提出四點學校發展教師專業學習社群的建議:以教師自願加入為原則、行政團隊為支持而非主導、社群運作方式連結學生學習,以及給予教師專業學習社群長時間的等待。
英文摘要 Teachers' professional learning community is a new approach to promote student achievements and teachers' professional growth. First of all, this paper focuses on the literature review of teachers' professional learning communities. Then, in order to realize how teachers' professional learning communities work in the school, the paper arranges the preliminary results through observations and documents of two teachers' professional learning communities of the school which has developed teachers' professional learning communities for a long time. Finally, there are four suggestions for schools to develop teachers' professional learning communities: (1) take teachers' willing into consideration; (2) school administrative units have a supportive attitude toward teachers' professional learning communities instead of playing a leading role; (3) the operation of the teachers' professional learning community should connect with student learning; (4) be patient with the development of teachers' professional learning communities.
