中文摘要 我国中等职业学校教师的职业压力与心理问题在中等职业教育的大力发展过程中日益凸显。立足于相关调查与数据，针对中职教师职业压力大、容易产生心理问题等现象分析原因，并分别从社会、学校、学生和教师个人四个层面的对策进行探讨。
英文摘要 In China, with the flourishing development of secondary vocational education, psychological problems among teacher who teaches in secondary vocational education school are becoming more and more serious. Based on survey and related data for some phenomenon, such as teachers’ great professional pressure, easy to suffer psychological problems, analyzing the causes of them and exploring countermeasures from four levels, they are community, school, students and teacher themselves.
