Dynamics system analysis of the gap between Urban and Rural Education from ecosystem perspective has been made, and initially proved what the inner core layer and outer layer which have an impact on the teaching quality are. Based on the three key points about teachers, teaching intermediaries and students, the author put forward countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the balanced development of urban and rural education.
