英文摘要 Teaching routine is the basic norms and requirements which depend on general teaching process and which in order to enhance teaching effective and guide teaching activities. The reconstruction of teaching routine, the important basis of teaching evaluation, can make sure that ideas of curriculum reform taken into practice; improve teaching with effect and the mutual development between teachers and students. Those relationships which include inherit and innovation, unity and diversity; centralization and democracy and rigidity and flexibility should be handle with effectively during the process of reconstruction of teaching routine.
