中文摘要 有效的课堂教学不仅是每位教师也是支教学生不懈的追求。有效的课堂教学不仅使教师的教学过程生动、具体且丰富,而且使学生的学习过程更有趣、更具吸引力,充满智慧和创造力。本文通过对山西省忻州师范学院的实习支教生进行调查,从角色转换、教学策略、教学反思三个方面,了解忻州师范学院顶岗实习支教学生课堂教学的现状,结合对问题的分析并给以针对性的建议。
英文摘要 To pursue the most effective teaching in every classroom is not only the unremitting pursuit of every teacher, but also every career-oriented student teacher. As effective teaching in the teaching process is not only vivid, specific and rich, but also more interesting, attractive and full of wisdom and creativity of students learning excitement. This paper investigates the career-oriented student teachers of Xinzhou Teachers University. It aims to realize the current situation of career-oriented student teachers of Xin Zhou Teachers University and give some advice by analysing the problem.
