随着大学英语教学政革的进一步深化，传统的课堂教学已不能满足教改对培养学生应用能力的要求。而开展多样化的第二课堂活动可以为学生学习英语提供广阔的交流空间和实践机会，增强其英语语言的综合应用能力。本文从构建大学英语第二课堂活动的必要性出发，探讨如何开展第二课堂活动以更好促进大学英语教学。

Along with the further deepening of college English teaching reform, traditional English has not satisfied the requirement that college English teaching reform put forward to. Actually, extracurricular activities are not only the necessary supplement to the regular study but also the need to sharpen learners. Besides, they provide a good platform for learners to improve their practical ability. This paper expounds the necessity of developing college English extracurricular activities, and explores how to plan and organize it to improve college English teaching efficiently.
