中文摘要 本文藉由檢視相關文獻之記載與盱衡社會變遷之態勢,析論出回流教育之發展由早期強調衝突、均衡與再製的社會控制模式,跨越了1970年代極盛期的進步福利模式、1980年代經濟不景氣的自由市場模式,至今其政策已被歐盟用於在社會生存的新脈絡中,亦即由分而合的回流教育內涵--重新回到學習社會的發展模式。學習社會模式整合了終身教育、回流教育與永續教育成為最新的網絡發展趨勢,強調學習是終身的、無分教育、工作與休閒等階段,學習的消費和參與活動本身被視為是一種享受,更是人生追求滿足求知饗宴的自我實現最高境界。
英文摘要 By means of the relative document record and the trend of changing society, we are able to analyze the development of recurrent education. In the earlier time, it emphasized the conflict, balance and the reproduction of the social control. Then it came across the period of advance welfare mode of prosperous 1970s' and the free market mode of rec4ession 1980s'. Now the policy has used in the new society existence mode in Europe Union. That is back to the developing mode of learning society from the connotation of recurrent education. The mode of learning society integrate lifetime education, recurrent education and permanent education. It has become a latest tendency of website development. It emphasizes that learning is a lifetime business in the phase of studying, working and leisure time. Consumption in learning and the participation in learning are a kind of enjoyment. They are also the self fulfillment and achievement in searching knowledge.
