英文摘要 In this paper, the headmaster who lead a primary school many years experiences and insights of participate in the [new schooling education’. It is a case study to explore the mechanisms and processes of teacher development. In the processes of teacher development, it is important to deal with the confusion of teachers; make a good planning and conduct of teachers develop; formulate the teaching under the guidance of experts; make experts and teachers fully communicate.
