英文摘要 Universities' co-operation with primary and secondary schools in an effective way to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers. Different levels, different types and different models of cooperation leads to different operating mechanism and accordingly, will have a different impact on the professional development of teachers in primary and secondary schools. Accelerating great cultural integration, strengthening the elementary education, perfecting school-based training and doing technical information platform are important contents, which can avoid the problems and realize high level cooperation between schools and colleges. The attending style will give full information to the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.
