As the new century is of vital strategic importance to the core concept and building Innovation country and social harmony on china’s social practice, various aspects of the practice is a leading role in education. Quality education as a practice of organic part, by its influence. As the reference to quality education, we will find that Quality education need to be repositioned. How to? We think that the quality education must be greater emphasis on education is subject to the outside world and reconstruction of criticism and education, and emphasizes the harmony with the external communication, dialogue and coexistence of consciousness and ability.
