针对国内近年来日益严重的校园暴力事件，从国别比较的视角分析了校园暴力事件的国际趋势，在此基础上借鉴了美国、日本、挪威等国家防止校园暴力的举措，提出完善我国校园暴力防治的策略：改革管理方式，改善师生关系；成立校园暴力防治小组，加强校园暴力的评估、准备与处理力度；唤醒生命意识，加强生命教育。

| 英文摘要 |
Encountering frequency of campus violation, it analyzes its internationality from comparative and global perspective. Then it draws on prevention experiences from America, Japan and Norway, and puts up with strategies, which includes reforming the manner of administration and student-teacher relationship; founding relative committee to strengthen its assessment, preparation and tackling; arousing the sense of live and reinforcing life education.
