中文摘要 本文对近十五年来我国内地的学校效能研究进行内容分析。结果显示,我国内地有关学校效能研究具有如下特点:研究分布范围越来越广,但研究的深度不够;研究者多数来自高等师范院校,一线教育工作者难以涉足其中;研究类型以基础研究为主,应用研究和开发研究关注度偏低;研究方法呈现多样化特征,但定量研究相对较少;研究主题各有侧重,尚缺乏具有整合性的系统理论体系。
英文摘要 The paper analyzes the school effectiveness research in the Mainland of China by the method of content analysis. The results show that over the past fifteen years school effectiveness research presents the following characteristics:subjects of study were extended, but lack of the depth; researchers were mostly from colleges, while primary and secondary educators were difficult to get involved; basic research were preferred, while applied research and development research were paid less attention; research methods were getting diversified, but quantitative study less; researches focused on different aspects of the same theme, however, it was still lack of integrated theoretical system. Overall, the school effectiveness research is still at an early stage in the Mainland of China. In view of this, it should be the general trend of school effectiveness research to build the basic theories of school effectiveness and constantly improve the localization of its research paradigms in the future.
