More and more subjects apply experiential approach in colleges. This method matches the targets of the independent colleges and human resource management course. This paper analysis the features of the experiential approach, and the necessity and feasibility in the practical teaching of human resource management course in independent colleges. Lastly it discusses the feasible forms that can apply mainly in independent colleges.
