Generally speaking, a research project has the seven basic procedures of choosing the project, making the plan, writing proposal with argument, collecting information, processing information, writing report and refining papers. This thesis mainly discusses the specific approaches to the listed procedures above and the problems which should be paid attention to based on the actual needs of primary and secondary school teachers, aiming at providing them with effective, instructive and practical techniques in doing research projects.
