[数字图像处理与分析]是自动化专业研究生的重要课程之一，如何提高该课程的教学质量和效果，需要教师在实践中进行探索并不断对教学方法进行改革。针对此问题，笔者对教学内容的组织、教学过程的控制、教学手段的运用和实践能力的培养，依据实际教学体会提出了初步的看法。

Digital image processing and analysis is one of a important course for graduate students majored in automation. The problem of improvement of teaching quality and effects needs to be considered by the reform of the teaching method. The organization of teaching contents, the control of teaching process, the management of teaching method and the training of application ability was discussed according to the practice in class.
