中文摘要 采用自编"随班就读教师专业化发展需求问卷\"对上海市九个市区410名随班就读教师的专业化发展需求情况进行了调查。调查显示,目前上海市普通学校对随班就读教师的需求和期望很高,有2/3以上的随班就读教师没有修读过特殊教育类课程,他们对特殊教育学所包括的各门学科知识的需求都很大。目前随班就读教师最急需的培训内容是特殊教育和融合教育的基本理论以及针对随班就读学生的教学策略等;最赞同的培训形式是教学观摩;最愿意接受的培训途径是短训班;最希望获得的专业支持技术是特殊学生学科教学法、心理疏导技术和特殊学生学业评估技术等;最希望获得的专业支持形式是专家或巡回教师的课堂教学指导。
英文摘要 A questionnaire was made to test 410 Shanghai teachers for special students learning in regular class. Purpose of the survey is to probe factually into the professional development needs of these teachers. The results show that normal schools need more professional teachers for special students learning in regular class at present. Two-part of Shanghai teachers for special students learning in regular class have not studies the courses about special education, they very much need the knowledge of all kinds of subjects involved special education. The training contents what they need most at present are the theories of special education and inclusive education, and the teachings strategies for special students learning in regular class. The training forms what they need most is to view and emulate the classroom teaching. The training approach what they need most is to take part in short course. The techniques of professional sustainment what they most hope to acquire are the methods of teaching for special students learning in regular class, the skills o psychological guidance and evaluating school work. The form of professional what they most hope to obtain is the instruction of the classroom teaching from specialists or circuit teacher.
