英文摘要 Critical incidents play a very important role in the individual life development. As a special educational species, the critical incidents in the teaching process have the same value and significance. This paper explores the value and performance based on teaching incidents in the teaching process, and helps them make the critical teaching incidents technology come true. Hope to promote the professionalization and socialization of them by taking advantage of abundant critical teaching incidents, and to generate new theory enlightenment, explore a new way of thinking and expand new horizons about critical incidents theory!
